• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems and instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution and escalation.
• Plan service visits and manage territory, inventories, and on-call coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines during service activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives.
• Meet service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets for accounts.
• Utilize remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime and maintain certifications.
