The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–5 years in engineering or lab technology, and willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments.
• Own customer satisfaction and manage issues from start to resolution.
• Plan visits, manage inventory, and support on-call rotations.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and lab safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
