• Windows OS and network experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis systems within the territory.
• Respond to and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate work order logs and inventory; support maintenance programs.
• Learn products and applications; participate in training to advance to next level.
• Travel within territory; 5% overnight travel possible; valid driver’s license required.
