Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical users.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
• Must drive to customer locations daily within assigned area.
• GDIT will provide company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution for equipment and systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and test new equipment per client specs and guidelines.
• Train end-users and provide remote support when on-site visits aren’t feasible.
• Maintain detailed service visit documentation and report recurring issues for improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure high service levels.
