The position requires 2-5 years of hands-on experience in dealership service, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the Albany, NY radius.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of extensive hands-on automotive dealership service, vehicle diagnostic or repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide third-level, on-site support to resolve automotive technical issues and respond to urgent dispatch cases.
• Maintain relationships with district and regional management to reduce warranty expense and improve service readiness.
• Conduct in-dealership training and share field fix information with TAC Escalation Team.
