• 2-5 years hands-on automotive dealership service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level, on-site support to resolve automotive issues as escalated through GM TAC and FSE Dispatch Center.
• Maintain relationships with DMPS, BRM, and BRC to mitigate repurchase and reduce warranty expense.
• Collaborate with Dealerships to respond to repurchase requests and improve service readiness.
• Gather information on high-risk repurchase vehicles and assist dealers quickly when issues arise.
• Review dealer comeback processes to ensure they meet GM’s requirements and improve workflows.
• Drive PI bulletin process by notifying TAC Escalation Team of field fixes and information.
• Conduct ad-hoc in-dealership training on Techline tools and diagnostics.
