General Motors in the United States is seeking Field Service Engineers to provide on-site professional automotive, business and computer technical support to GM's retail and wholesale communities. The role includes diagnosing and directing repairs, reducing warranty costs, and evaluating dealership readiness across a defined territory including Andover, MA.

Remote work is possible; candidates must reside in the territory or relocate.

Qualificações

• USA geographic mobility is required in this role.
• Extensive hands-on automotive dealership service experience.
• Knowledge of GM essential service tools and diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide third level, on-site support to resolve GM Techline issues.
• Maintain relationships with dealers and regional management for quality improvements.
• Conduct in-dealership training and assist in dealer service readiness.
• Drive PI bulletin process and notify escalation teams of field fixes.
