• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site automotive technical support to GM dealers.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and direct repairs to reduce warranty costs.
• Support Techline, participate in dealer training.
• Review PI bulletins and notify escalation team.
• Build relationships with dealer management and GM regional teams.
