Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Remote Service Coordinator to oversee high-volume field service operations for a commercial facilities maintenance provider. You will coordinate work orders from intake through closeout while serving as the main contact between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years coordinating field service operations, experience with overhead doors or related equipment, and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience coordinating field facilities maintenance technicians.
• Experience supporting commercial building systems or facility equipment environments.
• Experience managing the full work order lifecycle from intake through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from intake through closeout.
• Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate service providers.
• Troubleshoot service issues and resolve remotely when possible.
• Monitor ETA, NTE, and job progress.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and timed work requests.
• Update internal systems and client portals.
• Collect job documentation, photos, and customer sign-offs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
