Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to optimize field service delivery by scheduling technicians, dispatching work, and managing service tickets. You will serve as the central liaison between technicians, project teams, and clients to ensure work orders are executed efficiently and tracked accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, service dispatch, or field service coordination.
• Proven experience using ticketing systems, FSM software, or CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira).
• Familiarity with physical security, low-voltage, or life-safety field operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling, dispatching, and routing for field technicians to optimize route efficiency and SLA commitments.
• Serve as the primary contact for technicians on schedule adjustments, delays, and emergency dispatches.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations leadership to allocate resources by skill and priority.
• Monitor and manage the lifecycle of service tickets from creation to closure in the FSM/CRM system.
• Generate weekly/monthly metrics on technician utilization, ticket resolution times, and schedule adherence.
