Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Remote Field Operations Coordinator to optimize field service delivery by managing technician scheduling, dispatching, and ticket workflows. This role serves as the central liaison between technicians, project teams, and clients, ensuring work orders are executed efficiently and tracked to closure.

You will coordinate with procurement, project management, and engineering to secure parts and resources, monitor ticket lifecycles, and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in operations coordination or field service scheduling.
• Experience with ticketing, FSM, CRM systems.
• Familiarity with physical security or life safety is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and route field technicians to meet SLA and project deadlines.
• Monitor and manage service tickets from creation to closure.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and billing for smooth handoffs.
• Generate weekly/monthly metrics and suggest process improvements.
