Aston Carter is seeking remote dispatchers to support a growing field service operation. You will coordinate service technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment, focusing on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving.

This fast-paced role requires managing incoming service requests, optimizing technician schedules across multiple territories, and maintaining clear updates with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Dispatching or scheduling experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Stable work history and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and appointments.
• Schedule work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules.
• Communicate delays and updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests.
• Coordinate with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service.
• Maintain frequent phone and email communication.
