Job summary

Forgent Power is seeking a remote Service Advisor to support administration, scheduling, customer coordination, and dispatch readiness of field service work. The role coordinates with customers, Project Managers, Field Engineers, service leadership, and internal teams to ensure work orders are documented and mobilization information is prepared.

You will review requests against the documented scope, escalate potential out-of-scope work, and maintain records in the designated systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in field service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or project support.
• Experience in technical field service operations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments, repairs, preventive maintenance, and startup support with customers and internal teams.
• Schedule and dispatch Field Engineers based on scope, availability, and priorities.
• Communicate updates, changes, and next steps to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Review requests against the scope and escalate out-of-scope work as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the designated business systems.
