Aston Carter is hiring Remote Dispatcher to support a growing field service operation. You will review work orders in Salesforce, assign calls to technicians, manage schedules, and coordinate across service territories while maintaining clear customer communication.

This 100% remote role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a 10-12 month contract with potential for permanent hire, and onboarding training. Ideal for candidates with dispatching or scheduling experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations.
• Basic Excel skills, including sorting and filtering.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure.
• Ability to stay productive and accountable in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day.
