Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking an Area Service Supervisor to direct CPS Service regional operations from a home office, covering Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on leading field service techs, driving revenue, and delivering world-class customer support while guiding profit and growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 5+ years electrical/electronic field service expertise.
• 5+ years electrical/electronic field service experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or 5+ years large technical project leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees in HV environments and deploy safety programs.
• Partner with sales/ops to meet top-line and bottom-line objectives and identify new customers.
• Develop and manage profit plan and monthly forecasts; oversee budgeting and capital equipment procurement.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain staff; lead performance and policy conformance.
• Lead a dispersed field-based leadership team and promote corporate citizenship.
• Develop and deploy product/process improvements and share best practices regionally.
