Job summary

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks an Area Service Supervisor to oversee regional service operations from a home office, covering Dallas–Fort Worth. This remote role focuses on driving revenue, profits, and service quality with a skilled field team.

You will lead engineers and technicians, develop plans, manage budgets, and ensure safety programs. The position requires leadership experience and a valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years electrical/electronic field service experience plus enrollment in accredited degree program
• Minimum of five (5) years electrical/electronic field service experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of people leadership experience or five (5) years of large technical project leadership experience
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations to achieve sales, profit and growth goals
• Lead and develop field service electronics technicians for top performance and customer support
• Develop forwarding-looking profit plans and monthly forecasts to meet targets
• Budget and procure capital equipment, manage quotes, cost control and backlog
• Recruit, train, assess talent, set goals, and ensure policy conformance and staff growth
