Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team. Based in the greater Manassas, VA area, this remote role involves home office setup and daily travel to customer sites with a company vehicle provided.

You'll perform emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance on UPS systems and battery solutions, with extensive safety training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass MVR.
• Willingness to travel daily and for extended periods as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicle and adhere to safety policies.
• Read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting, testing and repair techniques.
• Support customers across USA on a quarterly basis as needed.
