Job summary

Victra is seeking an experienced Field Sales Trainer to deliver engaging training workshops, on-the-floor coaching, and classroom sessions across the retail network. You will partner with leadership and the Store Support Center to align training with organizational goals and drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes developing others, strong organizational skills, and a passion for upskilling teams within a fast-paced tele sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in learning and development, preferably with classroom training.
• Experience writing and supporting training curriculum.
• 3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees to foster learning and development.
• Manage delivery of programs and materials to meet business objectives and employee needs.
• Demonstrate and role-play sales process steps to improve closing skills.
• Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives and targets.
• Assess program effectiveness and advise management.
