The role focuses on developing training initiatives to improve employee performance and drive sales results, while embodying core values of performance, collaboration, integrity, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in learning and development, preferably with classroom training.
• Experience writing and supporting training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees to foster learning and development.
• Manage delivery of programs and materials to align with business objectives.
• Show and coach on sales process steps with soft and hard closing skills.
