Victra is seeking an experienced Field Sales Trainer to deliver workshops, on-floor coaching, and classroom sessions in a tele sales environment. You will partner with leadership and the Store Support Center to align programs with Victra goals and coach employees to improve performance and revenue.

The role emphasizes building relationships, developing training initiatives, and staying current with training trends to drive results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in learning and development.
• Experience writing and supporting training curriculum.
• 3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees to foster learning and development.
• Deliver standardized trainings reflecting Victra goals across the organization.
• Manage delivery of programs and training materials for new hires and ongoing performance.
• Show new hires the sales process with closing skills practice.
• Collaborate with sales managers to align programs with objectives and targets.
• Assess program effectiveness and advise management on improvements.
• Participate in projects to identify training needs and ensure effective implementation.
