Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a Field Sales Trainer to deliver standardized trainings, develop curricula, and coach store teams. You will collaborate with leadership and the Store Support Center to align programs with Victra goals and drive performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in learning and development, classroom and on-the-floor training experience, and strong analytical/time-management skills, plus retail sales leadership background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience designing training curricula and materials.
• Ability to deliver engaging training in classroom and on-floor settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods such as coaching, workshops, and e-learning.
• Retail sales experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees through learning and development initiatives.
• Deliver standardized trainings reflecting Victra goals across the organization.
• Manage programs and materials ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coach new hires on sales process and closing skills to boost results.
• Collaborate with sales managers to align training with targets.
• Assess program effectiveness and participate in training project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
