Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to drive growth in the MD, VA, and Washington, DC market. This role focuses on defining markets, building strategic relationships, and delivering solution-selling across Arrow's electronics offerings.

You will travel within the territory, balance in-office and field duties, and work with customers on supply chain value-added services. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of field sales in electronics are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience in the electronics industry.
• In-depth understanding of the electronics components industry.
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory; recent industry experience preferred.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow's value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for accounts and Arrow offerings.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute them.
• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within electronics.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment.
• Ability to prepare iQBRs and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Proficiency in SalesForce.com and Oracle.
