Spotable BV is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Florida. This fully remote role entails building and growing our market in the state, engaging contractors, and driving adoption of Spotable’s AI-powered platform.

You will travel across Florida, demo the product, convert leads, and collaborate with our US and Europe teams to shape territory strategy. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, outside sales, or business development in roofing, construction, or construction tech.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Florida and the state.
• Ability to manage pipeline in a CRM and hit targets.

Responsabilités

• Visit roofing and exterior contractors across Florida and demonstrate Spotable’s value.
• Convert inbound leads, product demos and field events into paying customers.
• Build pipeline through field visits, events, referrals, cold calls and targeted outreach.
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure active, consistent platform use.
• Represent Spotable at trade shows, demo days and distributor events in Florida and the Southeast.
• Develop relationships with contractors, distributors and stakeholders in the Florida roofing and exteriors industry.
• Gather market insights on pricing, materials and competitors in the US market.
• Collaborate with CRO and expansion teams to define territory strategy and plan activities.
• Identify reseller or distributor partnerships to grow Spotable in Florida.
