Job summary

Spotable is seeking a Field Sales Representative to build and grow our Texas market. This fully remote role involves traveling across TX to engage roofing and exterior contractors, demo Spotable, and convert leads into paying customers.

You will own your territory, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with our CRO and US/Europe teams to shape Spotable's Texas expansion and contribute to overall US growth. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and a love of being on the road are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales/outside sales or business development
• Willing to travel regularly across Texas
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
• Live in Texas near a major metro area
• Structured to plan territory and manage pipeline in a CRM

Responsibilities

• Visit roofing and exterior contractors across Texas and demonstrate Spotable benefits
• Convert inbound leads, demos and field events into customers
• Build your pipeline through field visits, events, referrals, cold outreach with Texas BDR
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure active usage of the platform
• Represent Spotable at trade shows, demo days, distributor events in Texas and the South
• Develop relationships with contractors, distributors and key stakeholders in Texas roofing/exteriors
• Gather market insights on pricing, materials, suppliers, customer needs in the US market
• Work with the CRO and expansion team to define territory strategy and field plans
• Identify reseller, distributor and supplier partnerships to accelerate growth in Texas
• Own territory, pipeline and commercial results
