Florida Quality Roofing, Inc is seeking a full-time Residential Roofing Sales Representative. This field-based role focuses on meeting clients, conducting roof assessments, and delivering accurate estimates to grow our market share.

The ideal candidate brings sales or customer-facing experience, excellent communication, and a self-motivated, collaborative mindset. Open Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends as needed. Spanish bilingual preferred in the Miami-Dade area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Spanish bilingual preferred for Miami-Dade area.
• Comfortable with field work and driving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet 3–5 prospective clients per day through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Conduct roof assessments and inspections to provide accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies and achieve targets.
• Expand territory and help customers find roofing solutions.
• Represent Florida Quality Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
• Attend weekly networking meetings and maintain follow-up with clients to nurture leads and close sales.
