Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team remotely in Artesia, NM. The role focuses on selling and promoting electrical products while building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will drive new business, support existing customers, and collaborate with leadership and suppliers to develop markets. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years in sales or electrical industry are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products and communicate features/benefits.
• Increase business by selling to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, team, and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Report market trends and customer information to management.
• Maintain accurate sales call schedules and expense reports.
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors to identify customer needs and promote solutions.
