Job summary

North is seeking a driven Sales Professional to bring our SaaS and payment processing platform to local restaurants and retailers. You’ll work remotely within a defined territory, building strong connections and guiding prospects through a full sales cycle from discovery to close.

You’ll partner with a referral network, perform dynamic product demonstrations, and use Salesforce to manage activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong, consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or growth-stage SaaS/payments environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities are essential.
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and manage a local territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage a target list of local businesses and shepherd them through the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, web designers, and referral networks to expand pipeline.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight North's SaaS platform and payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North to ensure commitments translate into outcomes.
• Utilize Salesforce to track activities, opportunities, and forecasts with precision.
• Learn the competition and position North as the leading payments solution for local merchants.
