North is seeking a Sales Professional for its SaaS, software & payment-processing platform to sign local restaurants and retailers. You’ll guide prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery to close while working remotely in the Birmingham area.

This field sales role offers an entrepreneurial culture, uncapped commissions, residuals, equity options, and a robust benefits package. You’ll partner with local dealers, designers, and referral networks to expand North’s footprint.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
• Charisma, strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup vibe and is a self-starter.
• Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurants is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred with a passion for closing deals.
• This is a remote field sales role, but you must live in the area.

Responsibilities

• Build a local pipeline of businesses and manage the full sales cycle, from first call to close.
• Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, web designers, and referral networks.
• Deliver engaging demos; use Salesforce to track activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with North teams to turn promises into results.
• Know the competition and help North shine in the market.
