Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking an Equipment Field Sales Representative to manage relationships with customers in your designated territory and to drive growth through value-based solutions. You will lead account development, pursue leads, and collaborate with teams to meet business goals.

You will design air solutions, audit systems, and work with utilities on rebates while supporting the sub-distribution network and providing training and guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• A bachelor’s degree (desirable) in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical field.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willingness to take risks while analyzing potential pitfalls.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead yourself.
• Organized and flexible in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Design compressed air solutions for customers and stay current on Quincy products.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit systems and collaborate with utilities to process energy-saving rebates.
• Support and grow local sub-distribution networks.
