Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an Industrial Distributor to hire a Field Sales Rep for the Baltimore, MD region. This newly created role focuses on developing existing and new client relationships from a home-based setting while covering the surrounding market.

You will identify decision makers, present solutions, coordinate with engineering and support teams, and record activities in the CRM. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sectors and strong

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in industrial, construction, equipment rental, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and solutions with products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work with engineering and technical staff to clarify customer needs and develop specifications.
• Research local markets to identify sales opportunities and threats.
• Identify and develop key decisionmakers within customer base
• Demonstrating the value of distribution to our customer base
• Recording account, contact, and sales activities in the CRM
