Responsibilities

• Represents SMC capabilities, services and products to current and prospective customers
• Owns and manages customer relationships and growth
• Leads all aspects of the sales process and solution development
• Develops and executes detailed customer action plans and forecasts
• Maintains strong relationships with key decision makers in strategic accounts
• Uses CRM to manage calls, projects, opportunities, contacts, leads, and reports
• Collaborates with internal teams to align client needs with company goals
• Monitors project timelines and milestones for successful deployments
