Aggreko in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across Manufacturing, Pharma, and Food & Beverage sectors. You will own full sales cycles—from prospecting to closing deals—and build a strong local network of industrial customers.

You’ll travel up to 50% within the territory, manage your pipeline from home on non-travel days, and leverage a Salesforce CRM to track opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in direct sales are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales to commercial customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality.
• Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Field Sales: Travel up to 50% within local territory to conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. (Company Vehicle Provided)
• Remote Management: Manage your pipeline, administrative tasks, and follow-ups efficiently from your home office during non-travel days.
• Cold calling and account management.
• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
• Selling equipment rentals and services to our commercial sales customers.
• Developing medium-to-long term sales plans.
• Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
• Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams.
