DP World in the Netherlands is seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to grow our Freight Forwarding business by identifying new customer opportunities. The role focuses on air freight with potential for ocean and road freight, emphasizing prospecting, pipeline development and successful customer onboarding.

You will build relationships, coordinate with Pricing and Operations to tailor logistics solutions, maintain CRM records, and continuously sharpen commercial skills.

• 5+ years in a commercial or customer-facing role in the Dutch market.
• Proactive hunter mindset with curiosity, proactivity and motivation to generate new business.
• Willingness to learn how to sell, negotiate and close opportunities.
• Structured, disciplined work approach with CRM usage and pipeline management.
