Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US is seeking a Field Sales Executive (Floater) to drive profitable sales growth and provide temporary coverage across CPA firms within multiple territories. You will report to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales, and participate in in-person/virtual meetings to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B software/SaaS field sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas and sales goals.
• Experience developing business plans and forecasts; delivering presentations to clients.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Learn full line of Tax & Accounting products and value proposition.
• Learn and implement the prescribed sales process to meet quotas.
• Manage assigned accounts, research decision-makers, build calling lists, and maintain Salesforce records.
• Promote new account development and conduct in-person/virtual meetings to create opportunities.
• Grow existing customer business by understanding client needs and communicating value of WK solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate client needs into product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve market share by engaging at management/executive levels.
• Plan and schedule sales activities, coordinate with teams, and track progress.
• Develop an Annual Business Plan and report progress to the Divisional Sales Manager.
