Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US seeks a Field Sales Executive, Floater, to cover CPA firms across multiple territories. You will report to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales, and drive profitable sales growth while providing temporary coverage as needed.

You’ll learn the full product line, implement the sales process, manage accounts in Salesforce, and conduct in-person/virtual meetings to build a robust pipeline. Commission-eligible with travel up to 30% per year.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as listed above.
• Experience selling software/SaaS and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Learn full product line and value proposition to clients.
• Learn and implement the prescribed sales process to meet quotas.
• Manage assigned accounts and build a healthy Salesforce CRM pipeline.
• Promote new business with in-person/virtual meetings and industry events.
• Grow existing customer business by understanding their needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve market share and engage executives.
• Plan and schedule sales activities across locations.
• Share selling strategies with colleagues and coordinate with other teams.
• Develop an Annual Business Plan and provide periodic updates.
