Qualifications

• Four years of related field experience or equivalent education mix.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan for a defined Tampa market and meet loan and revenue targets.
• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products and ancillary services.
• Build and maintain a prospect list through cold calling and referrals.
• Manage relationships with auction general managers to grow opportunities.
• Underwrite initial customer applications before submission.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to exceed budgeted goals.
