Job summary

NextGear, a Cox Automotive Brand, is looking for a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to cover the greater Cleveland area. This outside sales role requires building new business, managing dealer relationships, and hitting monthly revenue targets within NextGear Capital and related services.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience, possess a valid driver's license, and can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in finance or auto industry preferred.
• Sales management skills to develop leads and grow a portfolio.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products and services including inventory financing and ancillary offerings.
• Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market and build a prospect list via cold calls and referrals.
• Conduct weekly cold calls to solicit new relationships and follow up on leads with urgency.
• Underwrite and monitor new applications and manage the dealer lifecycle for six months.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to exceed budgeted goals and grow the portfolio.
