Cox Automotive - USA is hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive for the Tampa market, covering St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, outside sales role with a structured approach to new business in a defined territory.

The Senior Client Solutions Executive will drive new applications, activations, and revenue for NextGear Capital and ancillary services, while maintaining dealer relationships and exceeding monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 4 years’ related field experience required; alternative combos accepted as listed in the ad.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including inventory financing and ancillary services.
• Develop aggressive sales plans within a defined market and build a prospect list.
• Conduct regular cold calls and follow up on leads to drive new business in the territory.
• Manage dealer relationships and work with Portfolio Managers to exceed goals.
