Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for the NextGear Capital team to cover the greater Cleveland area. This full-time, outside sales role focuses on acquiring new business, managing dealer relationships, and driving loan growth in a defined territory.

The candidate will work with Portfolio Managers to meet budgeted goals, educate customers on financing products, and maintain a high level of service. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years' experience or equivalent combinations including advanced degrees or years of experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including inventory financing and ancillary services.
• Develop aggressive sales plans within a defined market and build a prospect list through cold calls.
• Visit assigned auctions and manage customer relationships to drive loan growth and LOC utilization.
• Underwrite initial applications and monitor credit processes to ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to exceed monthly and annual targets.
