Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Field Sales Engineer – Remote to cover New England. You will gain a deep technical understanding of DEWALT fastening products and build relationships with specifying engineering firms.

You will deliver technical training, support sales with design‑level expertise, and travel up to 60% to project sites. A BS in Civil/Structural Eng and EIT/FE are required; PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural Eng or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in design engineering, technical support, or technical sales.
• E.I.T/FE certification; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of DEWALT fastening products and codes.
• Establish relationships with specifying engineering firms in the territory.
• Influence designers, architects, and engineers to specify fasteners via visits and training.
• Deliver regular technical presentations focused on design, performance, and code requirements.
• Use product knowledge to support sales on specification and conversion with the local team.
• Provide technical job-site support and assist with proprietary anchor design software.
• Maintain client records in CRM and support remote sales efforts.
