Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Manager to act as the primary in-market representative across Southeast retail territories. This remote role drives adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement across franchise, regional, district, and store leadership while aligning internal teams for seamless program execution.

The role requires strong leadership in retail and financial services, with a history of influencing without authority and improving store-level performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime lending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with executive and regional leaders to drive adoption, revenue and program targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for partners, protecting revenue and maintaining relationships.
• Monitor dashboards and store metrics to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of Katapult’s lease-to-own program from pre-launch to post-implementation optimization.
• Conduct store visits, audits and business reviews to reinforce standards and performance.
• Coach retail teams on corrective actions, compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless program execution and share best practices.
