Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Manager to lead the in-market representation across Southeast retail territories with a focus on driving adoption and revenue of the lease-to-own program. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime or non-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen with the ability to analyze performance reporting.
• Proven experience driving behavior change and adoption at the store level.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities with frontline teams.
• Self-starter capable of managing a multi-state territory independently.
• High level of professionalism and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with regional leaders and store teams to drive adoption and revenue.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of lease-to-own program across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to reinforce standards.
• Coach retail teams on corrective actions and best practices.
• Deliver training workshops for sales associates and store leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Risk and Operations.
• Celebrate wins and share best practices to improve results.
