Job summary

Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to act as the in‑market face across the Southeast, driving program adoption and revenue growth. This remote role requires travel to Mississippi and Tennessee and coordination with store leadership and franchise partners.

You will oversee field execution, conduct regular store visits, and coach teams on selling strategies and customer experience. A minimum of five years in retail leadership and experience in financial services are required to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services is required; near‑prime or non‑prime lending is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through partnership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and store leadership to drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Own end‑to‑end field execution across franchise and store leadership, improving processes and utilization of lease‑to‑own program.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for retail sales teams and store leadership to boost performance.
• Provide strategic feedback to leadership based on field performance and market trends.
• Represent Katapult at retail meetings and events, supporting local marketing and merchandising.
