Job summary

Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Manager to drive adoption and revenue across our lease-to-own program. You will serve as the primary field representative across Southeast retail territories, partnering with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure execution and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of retail leadership, strong financial services experience, and a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime lending experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead through partnership without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen to analyze performance and translate insights into field strategy.
• Proven experience driving adoption and revenue at store level.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities with frontline teams.
• Self-starter to manage multi-state territory independently.
• High professionalism, accountability, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executives, regional leaders, district managers, and store teams.
• Proactively resolve issues, protect revenue, and maintain a ‘save the sale’ mindset.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; identify trends and gaps.
• Develop targeted action plans to improve application volume, approvals, take rate, and utilization.
• Identify growth opportunities within local leadership and execute grassroots strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of Katapult’s lease-to-own program from pre-launch to post-implementation.
