Job summary

The Katapult Field Retail Growth Manager reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth and serves as Katapult’s primary in-market representative across assigned Southeast retail territories. This role is responsible for driving adoption, revenue growth, operational execution, and partner engagement across franchise, regional, district, and store leadership.

The Field Retail Sales & Growth Manager ensures seamless delivery of Katapult’s financial services across omnichannel partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership required.
• Experience in financial services required; near-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational analytics and performance insight skills.
• Proven track record driving behavior change at store level.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities for frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with executive and store leadership to drive revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for partners; resolve issues and protect revenue.
• Monitor store performance and develop action plans to improve metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand program awareness and utilization.
• Coach retail teams on policy compliance and process execution.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution from pre-launch to post-implementation.
