Job summary

Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Manager to serve as the in-market representative across Southeast retail territories, with a focus on Mississippi and Tennessee. This role drives adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement across franchise and store leadership, while ensuring seamless delivery of Katapult’s lease-to-own solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of retail leadership experience, experience in financial services, and a proven ability to influence and train

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience (Store Manager, District Manager, Franchise Operator, or multi-unit leadership).
• Experience within financial services; near-prime or non-prime lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and regional leaders to drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners and resolve issues to protect revenue.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; develop action plans to improve volume and approvals.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to expand awareness and utilization of Katapult’s lease-to-own solution.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution from pre-launch to post-implementation.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and reviews to reinforce standards and improve performance.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for store teams; deliver workshops on selling strategies and customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Risk, Operations to ensure seamless execution.
