Job summary

The Katapult Field Retail Growth Manager reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth and serves as Katapult’s primary in-market representative across assigned Southeast retail territories. This role drives adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement, overseeing end‑to‑end program execution from pre‑launch to optimization and ensuring strong relationships with store leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years retail store leadership experience is required.
Experience within financial services preferred.
Ability to influence and lead through partnership without direct authority.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, regional leaders, district managers, and store teams.
Drive adoption, revenue growth, and program utilization across partners.
Monitor performance and develop targeted action plans to improve metrics.
Oversee end-to-end execution of Katapult’s lease-to-own program from pre-launch to optimization.
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for retail sales associates and store leadership.
