• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive, regional, and store leadership.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners and protect revenue.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; identify trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute grassroots strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of lease-to-own program.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Coach retail teams on corrective actions and best practices.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Deliver workshops on selling strategies and customer experience.
• Provide market insights to inform strategy and improvements.
