Job summary

Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to serve as the primary in-market representative across Southeast retail territories. This fully remote role focuses on driving adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement with franchise, regional, and store leadership.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end program execution, conduct store visits, and coach teams on selling strategies and operational best practices to ensure best-in-class service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail store leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services; near-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen with data-driven insights.
• Excellent presentation and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with executive and regional leaders to drive revenue and program adoption.
• Serve as primary field contact for partners, proactively resolving issues and protecting revenue.
• Monitor performance using dashboards and store metrics; develop action plans to improve volume and take rate.
• Identify growth opportunities within local leadership and expand awareness of Katapult's lease-to-own solution.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of Katapult’s lease-to-own program from pre-launch to optimization.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and business reviews to reinforce standards and drive results.
• Coach retail teams on corrective actions and best practices to improve performance.
