Job summary

Katapult Group is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to serve as the in-market representative across Mississippi and Tennessee. This remote role requires travel and will coordinate with franchise, regional, and store leadership to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You will lead relationship-building, program execution, training, and market feedback, ensuring seamless delivery of leasing solutions across omnichannel partners while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store leadership required.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational analytics and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and store-level change.
• Excellent presentation and training abilities; multi-state independence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with executives and store teams to drive revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for partners and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; act on trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand program awareness.
• Collaborate with store teams to reduce friction and improve workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of lease-to-own program.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Coach retail teams on standards and compliance.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for field teams.
• Deliver workshops on selling strategies and customer experience.
• Provide market insights to inform expansion strategies.
• Represent Katapult at retail meetings and events.
